Atlantic Crossing
In this category we share all our blog posts from the Atlantic crossing we did with our sailboat. We sailed across the Atlantic Ocean towards the Caribbean December 18th. We started the crossing from Cape Verde and it took us 18 days until we reached Young Island Cut in St Vincent and the Grenadines. The Atlantic crossing back to Europe took longer, 26 days. We started from Sint Maarten April 30th and first sailed on a northerly course, and then turned east and made landfall in the Azores. We had decided to sail to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The reason was because there is a lot of islands there to explore and a place we can stay in for a while and hope that movements between the islands becomes easier. We checked latest information on noonsite.com and got okay that…
